Note - that in the case of team events - GAA, Soccer etc - we will not be holding selection events, it is for the Club/School/Organisation to decide if they wish to enter a team into the community games. To date, we have a number of clubs who have indicated they will enter teams - Kilmoremoy, Ballina Town FC, Ballina Stephanites, Ballina Braves, Ballina Dolphins. Please enquire with the club/school/organisation regarding selection for a team/group event.
If you wish to enter your child in a solo sport event please consult with your club/School/Organisation to see if they are facilitating preparations for participating in the event - Athletics, Swimming, Gymnastics, Solo Music, Solo dance, Art, Pitch and Putt etc. If not and you still wish to enter your child please go to the relative event guidebook -https://www.cairncommunitygames.ie/event-guidebooks and familiarise yourself with the rules so you can prepare your child for the event. Also note that if the club/school/organisation are not partaking in the specific event, then we will need you to volunteer on the day if you want the event to go ahead.
